Endurance is Required in Coeur d'Alene ID
In the book of Romans, Paul emphasizes the need for endurance in life's journey. That theme of endurance traverses throughout the whole book. This idea of having endurance through life is the same when it comes to our health.
The Road Less Traveled in Coeur d'Alene ID
Life is full of choices and options. At HomeTown Family Chiropractic in Coeur d'Alene ID, we believe that an individual’s current health status is just the sum of all the choices one has made throughout their life. I had a professor in college once say, “every bite counts.” Harsh but true and we see the effects on our nation. The United States alone spent 5 trillion dollars in 2025 on Chronic disease. We know that there are some cases where genetic alterations and different circumstances cause some chronic illnesses. However, the reality is that most (probably close to 90%) chronic diseases are self-inflicted from poor choices. The genetically modified foods we consume, medications, synthetics we wear, the inability to adapt to chronic stressors, all compound and our health suffers. The mainstream medical answer is to toss more pills these chronic problems – kicking the can even further down the road. There is hope, but you better be ready to endure.
The road less traveled are those who eat well, move well, and think well. Simple and true. Just as most chronic diseases are self-inflicted, abundance in health is our choice and is self-honoring. If I had a crystal ball and knew you were going to live to 94 years old, the right time to regain your health would be today. If you don’t want you and your family to be a part of the 5 trillion-dollar industry (people make a lot of money from chronic disease), the time to act is now. Just like Paul told the Romans, after you are saved (choosing health in this instance), you must have extreme endurance to run the good race. There are many others that are around you that support your choice for better health. In this office, we hope to be a beacon of life and a resource for your daily pursuit. Remember, health is our birthright. Your body is designed to do amazing wonders and is a vehicle to serve others around you. With a healthy body and healthy mind, your purpose will be better fulfilled. Running the race is hard but worthwhile. You can do this.
